Ashley Hibbler

Ashley N Hibbler was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI and is the wife of Parris Hibbler Sr and mother of Parris Jr, Promise, Noah and an Angel. Ashley has worked in Ministry for the last 10 years and she currently pastor The Crossover Center with her husband. Ashley is the founder of Mrs Mac (2023) a food company serving the community to those less fortunate and to supporting businesses. She's also the founder of Novva Wear a clothing line for individuals who want to feel great as well as look fashionable. She has served in the medical field for many years in various hospitals and clinics. Ashley has her medical diploma in Medical Assistant Administration. These experiences have sharpened her desire to help those who struggle with depression, suicide, healing, rejection, abandonment and being alone. Her desire is to take what she knows and what she was taught and help men, woman, and children become the best version of themselves after living through traumatic experiences. Ashley is an example of what good can come out of bad situations. We all fall down but God looks at what we do when we get up.

Parris Hibbler

Parris D Hibbler Sr was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI and is the husband of Ashley Hibbler. They have been married for over 10 years. Within their union they share three children Parris Jr, Noah, and Promise Hibbler. He has served in Ministry for the last 10 years and is currently the pastor of The CrossOver Center. His heart’s desire is for the city of Milwaukee. In addition, his daily endeavors include partnering with multiple community resource groups to bring domestic violence support, job development, job readiness, spiritual support, and many other resources available to struggling inner city communities.

He has worked in the field of education for the last 10 years and is currently the owner of Hibbler Enterprises LLC. where he makes a daily impact on the youth in Milwaukee. In addition, he is finishing his bachelor’s degree in Business management with a minor in theological studies. Parris has faced many challenges through out his life but one thing still remains true through it all; his faith has pruned him to be a willing vessel to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.
